Create a space that provides the resources and training to improve the effectiveness of our police and strengthen the bond with the community through education and collaborative youth programs. Our efforts will establish Cincinnati as the leader in police and the community relations.

Improve: Training facilities and meeting space to provide our local and regional law enforcement best in class training.

Include: Provide local youth program that build personal relationships and a united commitment to safety.

Inform: Educate our community about the history of CPD, honor the brave men & women who gave their lives, and recognize outstanding performance.

The Cadet Program represents a major initiative to provide students with the chance to learn about police work.
